Inside the Home of the Michelin Chef

Danish Nicolai Nørregaard is head chef of the Michelin-starred Kadeau restaurants in Copenhagen** and on Bornholm*, which are renowned for their dedication to authenticity and meticulous attention to detail. The same qualities are on display in his private Copenhagen kitchen, where sensuous qualities and functionality are combined in a designer kitchen in Douglas fir with a hand-crafted worktop in raw steel. Garde Hvalsøe also created the unique restaurant kitchen at Kadeau Copenhagen.
